Conversational English for Non-Native Speakers & Introduction to US Citizenship

Free classes to help you learn the English words and phrases to function in the US.  The course is structured around teaching themes which provide English survival skills using real-life American cultural experiences (such as the post office, grocery store, bank, restaurant etc.) Additionally, for interested students, there is a weekly citizenship component conducted in partnership with OCU.  Students have an option to choose both classes or just one or the other. Many adults attend citizenship classes throughout OKC. OIC’s classes will help learners improve their English skills in preparation for the US citizenship exam. Conversational English:  Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 – 7:00. Citizenship:  Wednesdays 7:00-8:30 pm. The classes are held at OIC, which is located in central Oklahoma City near the state capital. 3033 N. Walnut Ave. Bldg.
