JUMP Academy | English

OIC's JUMP Academy course is more than just an ESL class.  JUMP is designed specifically for non-native English speakers to help in a variety of areas including:

  • Conversational English: for use on the job and in personal life
  • Civics/Citizenship: to build cultural understanding and prepare a path for citizenship as needed
  • Basic Computer Skills: computer literacy and software training for the workplace
  • Work Readiness: understand how to interact on the job and move up
  • Job Application & Resumes: prepare a solid resume to get the job you want to have

All English learners are welcome no matter what your language or citizenship status!

Classes are 2 days a week for 12-weeks!

Conversational English Class

  • Days: Monday and Wednesday
  • Class time:

Morning: 9:00 am-12:00 pm
Evening: 5:00 pm-7:00 pm

  • Course Fee: $45.00 every 12 weeks.

Preliterate English Class

  • Days: Monday and Wednesday
  • Class time:

Morning: 9:00 am-12:0 0pm
Evening: 5:00 pm-7:00 pm

  • Course Fee: $45.00 every 12 weeks

What to expect during orientation:

  • Have your identification
  • fill paperwork
  • pretest
  • $45 processing fee with a tour of OIC of Oklahoma County
