Daytime Classes

We can help you prepare to successfully pass the high school equivalency diploma test. The prep class is offered full-time Monday through Thursday from 8:15 am to 2:45 pm.

For working students, schedules can be adjusted within these hours. The average time of completion varies depending upon your current academic levels.

Our instructors will help get you get ready for the test and walk you through the application process. OIC is a registered HiSet Testing Center so, when you're ready, you'll be able to take your exam on-site!

For all classes, bring the following documents to your appointment:

• Social Security Card

• Valid Driver's license of state ID

• Enrollment fee (payable by cash, money order, debit or credit card. Your credit card will be charged a service fee of $3.00. Payment is due before your scheduled orientation. Daytime enrollment fee - $25

Online GED Diploma Prep

OIC's Online GED Diploma Prep offers instructor-supervised coursework to specifically target working adult learners who are unable to attend an on-site class.

OIC's Online GED Diploma Prep 24/7 is a virtual classroom that meets based on schedule worked out with the instructor via computer through a distance learning component. Student assignments are made throughout the week for follow-up instruction during the live streamed class The online component will include live streaming of virtual sessions, class recordings, on-demand video library content, and multi-media/screen sharing. Enrolled students will be able to access the course from at-home computers or through a network of partner programs, which will offer computer access at their satellite locations. *Interested students must meet eligibility requirements.

Evening GED Diploma Prep

OIC's Evening GED Prep program offers adult learners with fulltime jobs and limited availability the option to get their diploma in 10 weeks or less! Evening GED classes are in-person, instructor-led classes that prepare you to pass all your subject matter HiSet exams within 10 weeks. Classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 - 7:30 pm at OIC. *Interested students must meet eligibility requirements. Evening class enrollment fee - $50
